THERMS & CONDITIONS

HEALTH

Naturally, we will do everything within our power throughout the event to protect the health of the participants.
We will ensure the highest level of hygiene at every venue.
While we cannot guarantee absolute safety, every participant attends the event at their own risk.
We kindly ask all participants to immediately report to the organizers if they notice anything unusual or suspicious (e.g., fever, cough, excessive sweating, etc.) either in themselves or other participants.

PAYMENT – CANCELLATION – REFUND

Participants have the right to cancel, but this will have financial consequences.
After registration and payment, if a participant cancels, the organizer will retain 20% of the amount paid to cover expenses related to the event.

For cancellations made after March 10, 2025, a 30% refund will be issued. Cancellations after April 10 will not be accepted, and the full amount will remain with the organizer.
In both cases, force majeure is an exception. In such cases, the organizer will refund 80% of the paid amount to the registrant, or the registrant may choose to redeem the full amount for the organizer’s next event.
Force majeure includes environmental disasters, severe accidents, or the death of an immediate family member.

If the organizer cancels the event, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded to the registered participant.

PHOTO – VIDEO

Photos and video recordings will be taken during the event, and you may appear in them.
Since this is a public event, this is entirely legal under the applicable laws.
By registering and attending the event, you expressly consent to the publication of any photos and videos taken at the event, including their use in festival-related promotions, advertisements, and on web and online platforms.
The organizers will make every effort to ensure that the photos and videos do not include any unflattering images of anyone.
